The Code of Ethics sets out the general guidelines that should govern the conduct of ILBOC and all its employees in the erformance of their duties and their business and professional relationships, acting in accordance with the law and respecting ethical principles. Its basic principles are respect for applicable laws and regulations, the application of the principles of honesty and impartiality, and transparency.
